The landscape for fostering spaces and places where all genders experience belonging continues to evolve. As of December 2019, 21 states and DC offer a third gender option on some state issued documents. Our workspaces must keep pace and anticipate adjustments that will ensure our policies, programs and trainings are gender inclusive. Not all of us are in locations with resources and laws that will assist our endeavor. In this session, we will review our common language, learn new developments and share successful practices and programs.
