Sam Field holds a License in Professional Counseling (LPC), a License in Addiction counseling (LAC) and 10+ years in working with diverse populations. Sam sits on the Denver LGBTQ commission as an advisor to the Mayor. Sam has traveled the world studying and working towards implementing accessible and inclusive healthcare. Part of her work as therapist is working closely with the community to advocate and educate around LGBTQ Inclusion. Sam works towards providing a unique therapeutic training that blends lecture, research and interactive activities. Sam has been trained as a wilderness therapist and always offers the inclusion of outside experientials as part of any training. As a Queer identified woman, Sam’s identity has radically informed her personal and professional world. She is passionate about not only being a therapist in the office but a community organizer and advocate outside of the office.
